Stop The Law That Will Censor The Internet! →
If you fill out one form online today, it should be this one. Tumblr’s done a really nice job with this bit opposing the Stop Online Piracy Act. The form takes your phone number, address and ZIP, gives you a call with quick talking points, then connects you to your Congressional representative in the House so you can tell them what you think.
Easy.
(My apologies for the non-food post.)

They wash their hands after handling the sausage
sbergus answered your question: Best in Iowa City — the actual city — you ask? You left out an important category, what is your favorite pizza. I would say Falbos, but I haven’t had much exposure to the market in a while
Yes, Falbo Bros. is the best, followed by The Wedge and Wig & Pen.

That's the answer to a different question
adambs answered your question: Best in Iowa City — the actual city — you ask? Hamburg over Bluebird.
If the question was “Where is the most Iowa City place to eat?” or “Where is the greasiest?” or “Where is the place to get crappy service or be ignored?” then you would be correct, Adam. But the question was...
Best in Iowa City — the actual city — you ask?
Easy.
Breakfast: Bluebird Diner
Burgers: Short’s Burgers and Shine
Mexican: La Reyna
Mediterranean: Oasis Falafel
Nice Dinner: Hearth
Pricey Dinner: Chef’s Table
See? Easy.

This seems to be the general new-grill consensus
ghollingsworth answered your question: I need a new grill. The Weber Performer series is a little over $300, but meets most of the criteria. Using it as a smoker could be dicey, but not impossible.
Folks on Twitter, Tumblr and Facebook all seem to agree that this is what I want. I’ve smoked with a Weber before, so I know it’s...
I need a new grill.
I’d like it to:
Use charcoal. None of that propane crap.
Have a table-like area sturdy enough to set to-be-cooked on.
Be usable as a smoker.
Not have a skimpy cooking area. I don’t need 1,000 square inches, but I don’t want to have to squeeze every thing together when I cook, say, meat and vegetable skewers at the same time.
Have wheels for moving and be sturdy enough to be...
The next post on what's next for Next tickets
Next’s website doesn’t seem to suggest that a patron with a ticket can’t resell it for higher than facevalue in its FAQ:
The ticket is completely transferable. However, selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area.
Or on its page about resales.
What's next for Next tickets?
Next, three-Michelin-star having chef Grant Achatz and his Alinea partner Nick Kokonas’s newest restaurant, employs a new system for booking tables: tickets. Dinners book tables at the restaurant like they would seats for the theater or a football game: bought ahead, non-refundable.
